Nicole Raptapolus
Nicole started as a hairstylist 25+ years ago in The Holiday Hair chain. She spent her first two years there and then moved on to the Regis Corporation for the next 15 years.
“My clientele had grown to the point where I felt I had to offer more to my clients than what the chain atmosphere was providing. I found an amazing place at a great location that was available achieve my vision. I wanted to create a salon that offered a better environment, team atmosphere for my clientele and my colleagues. I envisioned Color Bar to have a unique salon setting, different from other local salons, manned by the best and most skilled beauticians and stylists!”
Kaycee Doller
Kaycee has been a licensed stylist for 14 years and continues to assist Nicole in her day to day. Kaycee enjoys all aspects of being in the salon. She thrives on client interaction and eager to help those around her. Kaycee is very knowledgeable with all things behind the chair, and in the salon. If you have a question she can help!
In her free time she is a mom to 2 great pups and loves to obsess over all things Marvel related.
Elaine Nagel
Elaine is a talented stylist, who has been in the industry for 10 years. Her specialty is blonding services, including highlights, balayage, and vivid colors. Elaine is also Brazilian Blowout certified. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating confidence in her clients, she takes great pride in making her guests look and feel amazing. Her love for her craft is evident in her meticulous approach. Her genuine passion for helping her clients feel confident and beautiful radiates through her work, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she serves.
While Elaine is not in the salon, she enjoys spending time with her two wonderful children.
Gracie Shay
Gracie is a passionate hairstylist and a graduate from Walk with Scissors in Middletown, PA. With a BA in Studio Art from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, her love for coloring blossomed, and she now specializes in creating dimensional, lived-in custom colors and hair extensions. Dedicated to growing her skills, Gracie thrives on learning new techniques from fellow stylists. Gracie is Brazilian Blowout Certified and DreamCatcher Certified.
When she's not behind the chair, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, friends, and three beloved dogs.
Amelia Birtch
Amelia is recent graduate of Empire Beauty and is licensed. She has a true passion for vivid color, creative styling, and curly hair, and loves helping clients express their individuality through their hair.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Amelia diving into a good book, exploring fashion, or experimenting with makeup—all of which fuel her creative eye and personal style.
Stephanie Hughes
Stephanie brings 32 years of experience behind the chair, having lived and worked just outside of Philadelphia for over three decades. She specializes in color correction, blonding, gray blending, soft layering, and texture cutting. Known for her thorough consultations and personalized, one-on-one approach, Stephanie ensures every look complements her client’s features. She also offers expertise in hair and scalp health, modern and men’s cuts, Brazilian Blowouts, and tape-in extensions.
Outside the salon, Stephanie is a proud mom of three, grandmother of six, and dog mom to five. She also played the violin for eight years and once appeared in a local TV commercial.
Tori Sheely
Tori is a licensed cosmetologist with a year of experience and has been in the beauty industry since 2022. She combines her passion for art and science to create personalized, creative results behind the chair.
She specializes in vivid colors, alternative cuts, dimensional blondes, bouncy blowouts and layered cuts Since moving to the Harrisburg area, Tori has loved connecting with new clients and supporting local businesses.
Outside the salon, she enjoys painting, thrifting, and spending time with her cats, Ted and Buffington, and her four goldfish. Tori looks forward to creating beautiful hair with you! ✨
